Privacy Policy

How Pixel Web Partners collects, uses and protects personal information, including when AI-assisted services are used.

Last updated: 18 August 2026

Who we are

Pixel Web Partners is an independent digital solutions studio based in London, UK, operated by Jadon Bellot. We are the controller of personal information described in this policy. Contact hello@pixelwebpartners.com with privacy questions or requests.

Information we collect

When you email us, book a call or discuss a project, we may receive your name, contact and business details, booking information, messages, files and project information. Our hosting and security providers may also process basic technical data such as IP address, browser, device, requested page, timestamps and security logs.

Please do not send confidential, sensitive or special-category personal information unless we have agreed an appropriate and secure way to receive it.

How and why we use information

We use information to respond to enquiries, arrange meetings, prepare proposals, deliver agreed services, manage client relationships, keep business and financial records, secure our website and comply with legal duties. Our lawful bases are usually steps taken at your request before a contract, performance of a contract, legal obligation, or our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the studio. We rely on consent where the law requires it.

AI-assisted services

We may use carefully selected artificial intelligence services to help draft, summarise, analyse, research, prototype or quality-check work. This may involve processing limited information you provide. We minimise personal data, apply human review and do not use website enquiries to make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

AI-generated material can be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. We review it where appropriate, but you should avoid submitting sensitive or confidential information unless agreed, and tell us if you believe AI-assisted processing has produced an error about you. Where an AI provider processes personal data for us, we assess its role, access and safeguards.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-P18CMG2WKD) to understand how visitors use the website and to improve its content and performance. Google Analytics may collect information such as the pages viewed, interactions, approximate location, referral source, and device and browser information. We do not enable analytics storage or load Google Analytics until you choose “Accept analytics” in our consent notice.

If you decline, analytics remains disabled. Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage so that we can remember it; this preference is not used to track you. We have disabled advertising storage and advertising personalisation in this implementation. You can change your choice by clearing this website's stored site data and revisiting the site.

Where you consent, Google acts as our analytics provider and may process information on servers outside the UK. We rely on your consent to use these non-essential analytics technologies. Analytics information is kept only for as long as needed for measurement and improvement, in line with the retention settings applied to our Google Analytics property. You can read Google's privacy policy or use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Booking and external services

If you book a call, HubSpot Meetings receives the details needed to arrange it and applies its own privacy information. Links to other services may take you to providers with their own terms and privacy practices.

Sharing and international transfers

We do not sell personal information. We share only what is reasonably necessary with providers supporting hosting, security, email, cloud storage, meeting booking, accounting, payment and AI-assisted work, or where required by law. If information is transferred outside the UK, we use an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards recognised by UK data protection law, together with supplementary measures where needed.

Retention and security

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for its purpose and for legal, accounting or dispute requirements. Unsuccessful enquiries are periodically reviewed and removed when no longer useful; contract and financial records may be retained longer where required. We use proportionate access, security and supplier controls, although no internet service can promise absolute security.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, or object to certain processing. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it. Email hello@pixelwebpartners.com; we may first verify your identity. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.

Changes

We may update this policy as our services, suppliers or legal requirements change. The date above shows the latest revision.
